If our technician is unable to fix you system we may propose a replacement.  You will receive a written scope of your project, including what permits will be required, equipment and duct changes needed, and whatever open questions remain for you to decide on before we can begin.  Scheduling a replacement prior to the system completely failing will allow us to minimize the disruption it will cause you!

• Replace your filters regularly will keep your coils clean.  
• Regular service will ensure you have the proper level of freon allowing your system to run as efficiently as it is able to.  
• Outside the system your best investment is insulation of your home; attic, crawlspace, basement, windows, etc.  
• Also consider adding some attic ventilation or a crawlspace dehumidifier.
