“Starnes Heating & Air replaced both of my units in 2022. When the upstairs unit stopped working on a weekend, they sent a technician promptly. Isaac found a clogged condensation line, cleaned it out, and checked the other unit to make sure its line was clear too. Outstanding customer service from the office call to the service call!”
